As one of our cooks, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen and ensuring that food is stored and cooked at correct temperature by regulating temperature of all kitchen equipment. Our cooks also oversee the freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, tracking of old and new items, and rotating stock. You will be responsible for making the area’s best dishes by following our established recipes and specifications. Taking pride in the quality of our products served is essential.
