Key ResponsibilitiesManage coffee orders for different clients, ensuring orders are accurately prepared, organized, and fulfilled on time.Maintain coffee inventory, monitor stock levels, and communicate replenishment needs to management.Operate the point-of-sale system and process cash and card transactions accurately.Maintain the coffee shop, bar, equipment, displays, and customer areas clean and organized.Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional, and personalized experience.Lead farm tours, coffee tastings, and other visitor experiences at Lamastus Family Estates.Educate guests about the farm’s history, coffee production, varieties, processing methods, and unique characteristics.Ensure tours and experiences are conducted professionally and according to schedule.Answer guest questions and provide accurate information about Lamastus Family Estates and its coffees.Work closely with management and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.Assist with special events, private visits, tastings, and other activities hosted at the estate.Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.Follow company policies, safety procedures, and service standards.Perform other reasonable duties related to guest experience, tourism, and coffee shop operations as required.
Qualifications & SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Strong English proficiency.Interest in and willingness to develop specialty coffee knowledge.Knowing how to drive is a strong requirementFriendly, professional, organized, and detail-oriented.Comfortable speaking with individuals and groups.Basic computer and POS system skills.Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
