Cold Calling & Lead Qualification Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role for a driven, high-energy Cold Calling & Lead Qualification Specialist located in Managua. In this role, your sole focus is driving pipeline velocity: making cold calls, engaging target prospects, identifying qualified leads, and booking meetings for our closing team. Your mission is outbound execution, rapid lead qualification, and turning cold contacts into booked opportunities.
ResponsabilidadesConduct high-volume cold outreach (calls, touchpoints) to target prospect lists daily.Qualify leads against strict criteria to ensure closing reps receive high-intent opportunities.Overcome prospect objections and brush-offs with confidence and poise.Accurately log call outcomes, disposition statuses, and prospect notes in the CRM.
RequisitosStrong track record in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound phone prospecting.Proven ability to handle live objections, and qualify leads on the spot.High comfort level with cold outreach and meeting daily call/activity KPIs.Excellent phone presence, active listening, and clear verbal communication skills.Experience logging activity and managing tasks within CRM platformsResilient, competitive, and self-motivated mindset with strong time management skills.Full fluency in English is required (bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred).
CompensationBase Salary: $650 USD / monthUncapped Commission Plan: Earn additional payout for every qualified lead.
