About the role

The Expresso Company is hiring a driven, high-energy Cold Calling & Lead Qualification Specialist in Managua. This full-time role focuses on outbound execution, rapid lead qualification, and booking meetings for the closing team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily, high-volume cold outreach to target prospect lists through calls and other touchpoints.
• Qualify leads against strict criteria so closing representatives receive high-intent opportunities.
• Handle prospect objections and brush-offs with confidence and poise.
• Log call outcomes, disposition statuses, and prospect notes accurately in the CRM.

Requirements

• Strong track record in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound phone prospecting.
• Ability to handle live objections and qualify leads on the spot.
• Comfort with cold outreach and meeting daily call and activity KPIs.
• Excellent phone presence, active listening, and clear verbal communication skills.
• Experience logging activity and managing tasks within CRM platforms.
• Resilient, competitive, self-motivated mindset and strong time management skills.
• Full fluency in English is required; bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Benefits

• Base salary: $650 USD / month.
• Uncapped commission plan with additional payout for every qualified lead.
