Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach efforts. Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales quotas to support company targets. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or sales is advantageous. Proven skills in communication, persuasion, and negotiation. Experience with CRM software preferred for tracking sales processes. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment. Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales or cold calling roles. Strong active listening skills to effectively engage and convert prospects.
