Key Responsibilities Manage accounts receivable by establishing regular contact with debtors. Negotiate payment plans and resolve conflicts related to outstanding balances. Follow up on overdue accounts and report inconsistencies in payments. Provide periodic reports on account status and payments received. Collaborate closely with the finance team to optimize collection processes. Address customer inquiries and requests in a timely and effective manner. Implement collection strategies to increase recovery rates. What We're Looking For Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Negotiation and conflict resolution abilities. Previous experience in similar roles of at least 1 to 2 years. Proficiency in administrative tools and account management (experience with collection software is a plus). Preferred: Experience in the financial sector. Strong analytical skills.
