About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Collections Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for balancing direct client outreach with essential back-office support. Key ResponsibilitiesPayment Follow-ups: Proactively reach out to customers via phone calls and emails to follow up on outstanding balances.Professional Communication: Maintain a polite, professional, and firm demeanor when handling client accounts and inquiries.Billing Support: Assist with generating and sending invoices, ensuring total accuracy in all financial documentation.Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative and clerical support to keep financial operations running smoothly.
Position RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 1–2+ years of recent experience working specifically within a collections field or a collections-heavy work environment.Language Skills: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with a clear, neutral accent.Communication Style: High confidence when speaking professionally with clients over the phone and via email.Location: Candidates must permanently reside anywhere in Latin America.Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail, particularly when managing invoicing and customer accounts.
