The Role
One Park Financial is seeking a Collections Trainer to join our team in the Financial Services industry. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training programs to our sales representatives and providing support to our team. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our sales team has the necessary skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the industry.
Responsibilities:
Deliver and design high-quality sales training content, materials, procedures, and scenariosResponsible for holding regular training sessions for all team membersWork along with Sales Managers to conduct new hire classesIdentify future and current training needsCollaborate with Operations Directors and Sales Manager to stay up to date with product improvementsEvaluate new employee progressBe able to identify areas of growth opportunity for team members, and provide adequate feedback.Elaborate daily, weekly, and monthly training reports to report progress, roadblocks, and challenges.
Requirements
Advance English.Must have good verbal and written communication skills.2-3 years of experience presenting and trainingMust have excellent customer service skills, management skills, and attitude.Must be detailed oriented and possess excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong people skills; natural customer service orientation and dispositionExcellent problem-solving skillsFlexible and positive attitudeExperience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
