Commercial Director

Tasks

• Design and execute the Group’s commercial strategy.
• Develop new markets and business lines.
• Generate strategic alliances and opportunities, both national and international.
• Lead the Public and Private sectors, Tenders, and Contract Administration areas.
• Manage strategic relationships with PEMEX, IOCs, Offshore operators, EPC companies, shipping companies, and national and international clients.
• Lead tender strategies, pricing, profitability and negotiation.
• Oversee contract profitability and administration.
• Define budgets, forecast, pipeline and commercial projections.
• Represent the Group before clients, authorities, chambers and industry associations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, International Business or a related field.
• 10 years of cumulative experience in executive positions, Commercial Management, Business Development, Commercial Operations, Oil & Gas, shipping companies, Offshore or maritime logistics.
• Advanced English (B2-C1) – mandatory.
• Experience in Strategic Planning and Business Development.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in market analysis.
• Willingness to travel.
