Reclutamiento Activo is seeking a dedicated and motivated Commercial Executive to join our dynamic team in Bogotá, Colombia. This contract role is essential in driving sales and building strong customer relationships to help grow our market presence and contribute to company success. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored commercial solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by management. Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and implement effective sales campaigns. Report on sales performance and identify areas for improvement. Required and Preferred Qualifications High school diploma (Bachiller) required. Proven experience in sales or related commercial roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software. Strong desire to learn and grow professionally in the commercial sector.
