About the RoleWe are hiring a Commercial Leasing Manager to own the end-to-end leasing lifecycle across a commercial real estate portfolio.
This is a high-impact, senior-level role focused on lease negotiation, execution, and portfolio oversight. You will act as the internal expert on lease terms, advising stakeholders, managing risk, and ensuring accurate and efficient lease execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full commercial leasing lifecycle from LOI through executionReview, redline, and negotiate LOIs and lease agreementsManage lease documents, amendments, assignments, and tenant noticesServe as the internal expert on lease interpretation, advising portfolio teamsLead tenant renewal negotiations and support favorable deal outcomesMaintain accurate lease data, abstracts, and critical dates (Yardi or similar)Track lease execution status, milestones, and documentation across the portfolioCoordinate lease-related billing and ensure financial accuracy with internal teamsProvide reporting and insights on leasing activity and portfolio performanceCommunicate directly with ownership and external stakeholdersSupport and guide junior team members, setting standards for leasing execution

Required Experience & Skills5+ years of experience in commercial leasing, lease administration, or property managementStrong experience with lease negotiation, redlining, and LOIsDeep understanding of commercial lease structures (NNN, gross, modified gross)Proven ability to manage the full lease lifecycle independentlyExperience working with ownership, asset managers, or senior stakeholdersExperience with Yardi or similar lease/property management systemsStrong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholdersHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Nice to HaveExperience with CAM reconciliations or operating expense auditsFamiliarity with DocuSign or similar toolsExperience mentoring or supporting junior leasing/admin team membersExposure to portfolio-level leasing strategy and reporting
