Position: Commercial Manager (Encargado Comercial) - Metal Workshop Location: Asunción, Paraguay Job Overview The Commercial Manager in a metal workshop is responsible for leading and coordinating all sales and client management activities. The primary goal is to ensure the growth of the client portfolio, maintain strong business relationships, and achieve the company's sales objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead Sales Operations: Oversee all sales processes and strategies to increase revenue. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients. Portfolio Growth: Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Team Coordination: Collaborate with workshop and production teams to align sales with operational capabilities. Reporting: Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial management, preferably in metalworking or industrial sectors. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to lead teams and manage multiple client accounts. Fluency in Spanish; proficiency in English is a plus.
