Position: Commercial & Marketing SpecialistWe are looking for a candidate to join our team as a Commercial & Marketing Specialist in a full-time, on-site position based in Boulevard Fuerza Aérea de Honduras, antigua terminal Aeropuerto Ramón Villeda Morales, San Pedro Sula, Honduras.In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to promote Aeroclub San Pedro Sula’s services. Key Responsibilities:Customer service and follow-up (in person, phone, and digital channels)Management of quotations, proposals, and CRM system updatesSupport in commercial analysis, reporting, and performance indicatorsCoordination with administrative and internal departmentsSocial media management and content creationCampaign planning and digital marketing executionAnalysis of digital metrics and performance reportingSupport in organizing events, visits, and institutional activitiesRelationship management with clients, partners, and authorities to strengthen the Aeroclub’s institutional image. RequirementsBachelor’s degree or currently studying a related fieldExperience in marketing, sales, customer service, or communicationsStrong communication and organizational skillsIntermediate/advanced English levelProactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven profile.
