Communications Manager

About the role

Elevate is seeking a Communications Manager to support all lines of business for locations across North America. The role partners with Elevate's executive team, support staff, and station leaders to craft and distribute company messaging and give voice to the organization's vision through internal and external communications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and implement communications campaigns aligned with the broader messaging strategy and tailored to North American audience segments.
• Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across internal and external platforms.
• Create marketing, promotional, and written content for print and electronic venues.
• Prepare press releases, media relations content, corporate newsletter content, social media content, and speaking proposals.
• Lead external communication strategy and messaging.
• Write brand-aligned content for the company website, marketing collateral, and thought leadership.
• Adapt tone for company executives, frontline staff, industry leaders, and prospective team members.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor messaging to inform content strategy.
• Use social media platforms on behalf of the company to represent the brand internally and externally.
• Develop and execute internal communications initiatives.
• Contribute to editorial calendar planning and ensure timely content delivery.
• Prepare and distribute professional communications via company platforms.
• Capture and manage company footage.
• Find and share stories that convey the excitement and wonder within aviation.
