Communications Officer

PROFILE
- BSc. in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience in communications would be a plus.
- Proficient in Adobe software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Proficient in Canva and CapCut.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office.
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles.
- Skilled in drone operation and aerial content creation.
- Analytical thinker and solution-oriented.
- Performs well under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and team player.
- Holder of a valid driving license.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Assist in developing digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Optimize campaigns for performance, ensuring high ROI and engagement.
- Perform analytical work and market research to improve performance, providing actionable insights and ROI to management.
- Plan and manage social media accounts, creating engaging and high-quality content.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling visuals and video content.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other SEO tools.
