About the RoleYou will be responsible for managing a community of approximately 75 to 100 contributors participating in an AI video data collection project.Your primary goal will be to keep contributors informed, engaged, and actively participating in the project. You will serve as their main point of contact and work closely with our international project management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.This is a hands-on operational role suited to someone who is highly organized, responsive, comfortable communicating with many people, and able to take ownership of their assigned contributor community.
Key ResponsibilitiesOnboard new contributors and guide them through the project requirements.Manage day-to-day contributor communication through WhatsApp and Discord.Serve as the primary point of contact for contributor questions and operational issues.Track contributor activity and progress using Google Sheets and project dashboards.Proactively follow up with inactive or low-activity contributors to improve participation.Prepare accurate weekly payout sheets and coordinate contributor payments.
RequirementsCurrently based in Brazil or Colombia.Fluent in English and Portuguese (Brazil) or English and Spanish (Colombia).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable managing multiple conversations and following up proactively.Comfortable using Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Discord, and other online collaboration tools.Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer.High level of reliability, integrity, and ownership.Previous experience in operations, community management, or workforce management is preferred.
