Key Responsibilities Assist elderly clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Offer companionship through meaningful conversations and engaging activities to uplift residents' spirits. Perform light housekeeping tasks including meal preparation, laundry, and maintaining a clean living environment. Administer prescribed medications and assist with mobility to ensure client safety. Maintain detailed daily records of client activities, observations, and any changes in condition for communication with family or healthcare providers. Support clients with shopping, errands, and transportation to promote independence. Foster a positive and empathetic environment by respecting the unique needs of each client. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a caregiver or in a similar role; prior elderly care experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, compassionate demeanor. Ability to efficiently perform housekeeping and personal care tasks. CPR and first aid certifications preferred but not required. Experience with documentation and scheduling software is a plus.
