About the role
AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support compensation programs, salary structures, job evaluations, and market analysis. The role analyzes compensation data and provides insights to support competitive and equitable pay practices.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and maintain compensation and salary survey data.
- Conduct job evaluations and develop and maintain accurate job descriptions.
- Support salary reviews, promotions, and compensation adjustments.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry compensation trends.
- Prepare compensation reports, organizational charts, and management presentations.
- Maintain accurate compensation data in HRIS and other compensation systems.
- Ensure compensation practices comply with applicable labor laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in compensation, salary structures, job evaluation, or related functions.
- Experience with market analysis and salary surveys.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and basic PowerPoint knowledge.
- Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
