Purpose
As a member of Worley’s global Compliance team to help promote and manage Worley’s Speak Up programme focusing on the Ethics hotline cases and producing Management Information Reports.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the effective management of Worley’s Speak Up programme including
Assist with the triage of reports received by the Speak Up teamLodge reports on behalf of Reporters on the confidential case management systemAssist with updating and maintaining the cases on the confidential case management systemLiaising with investigators to follow up on actionsLiaising with Reporters of concernsAssisting with the production of management information reportsMonitor and answer queries that come through the Speak Up mailboxesAssist with monitoring and tracking that all remedial actions are completedDeal with ad-hoc administrative requests from investigators in relation to assigned casesAssist with the promotion and awareness of the Speak Up programme Help with the development of internal controls and procedures to enhance the effectiveness of the Speak Up programme
Requirements
What you will bring
4+ years of experience in corporate ethics hotlines, in roles within Compliance, Legal, or Risk Management, with a focus on whistleblowing or complex internal investigations across multiple geographies.Bilingual (Spanish/English)Strong understanding of applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and standards of multiple jurisdictions, including whistleblowing, data privacy and employment lawEffective application of knowledge and compliance experience to manage complex problems through applying theoretical concepts in practical situations.Highly motivated and detail-oriented with excellent analytical, investigative, and communication skills; ability to influence and educate across all levels.Regulatory intelligence - Ability to stay abreast of regulatory developments and industry best practices in whistleblowing, data privacy and employment lawAbility to independently manage day to day challenges arising with respect to work deliverables, timelines, and relevant stakeholders including the ability to manage global time zones.Self-motivated and solution oriented with excellent collaboration skills enabling successful working relationships with other departments to ensure integrated compliance. Excellent writing and analytical skills with strong attention to detailStrong IT skills including Excel and PowerPointStrong understanding of and adherence with Worley’s Code of Conduct and values.
