A well-established plaintiff-side construction litigation firm in the Denver metro area is looking to add a junior associate to their growing team. This firm has decades of experience representing community associations, HOAs and property owners in construction defect disputes, and has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for clients across residential and commercial projects.They're looking for someone one to three years out of law school who is eager to build a career in construction litigation. Prior construction defect experience isn't required, but strong writing skills and a genuine interest in litigation are a must.
This is a great opportunity for a junior associate who wants hands-on courtroom and arbitration exposure early in their career, working alongside experienced trial attorneys on complex, high-value cases.
