Construction Manager

Technical Source is currently in search of a Construction Manager for an engineering firm that supports the Pharmaceutical industry in Carolina, Puerto Rico. This is a long-term contract opportunity that requires on-site work. The qualified candidate should have experience leading owner-side construction oversight for large-scale pharmaceutical projects.
Responsibilities of the Construction Manager include:Lead owner-side construction oversight, ensuring quality, compliance, and EHS excellenceManage CM partners, contractors, and project stakeholders throughout constructionMonitor project schedule, cost, quality, safety, and overall field performanceSupport mechanical completion, system turnover, and commissioning readinessIdentify project risks, conduct inspections, and provide regular progress reporting
Qualifications of the Construction Manager include:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field5+ years managing $500M+ capital construction projects in pharmaceuticalsOwner-side construction management experience on large, complex projectsKnowledge of GMP construction, system turnover, commissioning, and project controlsStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
