Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead major construction projects in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This is an onsite position requiring relocation to the project site during the construction phase.
Key ResponsibilitiesTake full responsibility for project schedule, contract administration, and client relations.Plan, organize, and staff key field positions.Manage procurement, subcontract administration, scheduling, and project closeout.Develop and maintain project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.Oversee document control, submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and change orders.Build strong relationships with clients, A/E representatives, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.Monitor construction progress, schedule, budget, productivity, materials, and equipment.Identify potential project impacts and implement corrective actions.Manage financial aspects of prime contracts and subcontracts, including invoicing, payments, and modifications.Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
Requirements10+ years of construction management experience.Experience managing 3 or more construction projects valued at approximately $100M+ each.Four-year engineering degree or equivalent experience.Experience working with Federal Government clients preferred.Strong written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Prolog, or similar project management software.Strong understanding of construction industry practices, processes, and standards.Ability to apply effective management techniques to maximize team performance.PE, EIT, PMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.Willingness to relocate and work onsite in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
