Construction Scheduler
Location: SPGG, Mexico (On-site)

We're looking for an experienced Construction Scheduler to join our growing preconstruction team and help drive successful delivery of ground-up commercial and multifamily construction projects across the United States.

What You'll Do
Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules from preconstruction through project completion.Build baseline schedules, monitor critical path activities, and identify schedule risks.Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, subcontractors, and clients to optimize project sequencing.Prepare look-ahead schedules, recovery plans, and schedule updates.Track procurement milestones, long-lead items, and project progress.Support project planning, turnover, and schedule reporting.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in construction scheduling, project management, or field operations. Experience with ground-up commercial or multifamily construction projects.Strong knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling and construction sequencing.Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Procore, and Microsoft Office.Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.Professional English communication (C1 or higher).
