Construction Site Manager

About the role

Osprey Construction Co. Ltd is seeking a Construction Site Manager to lead day-to-day operations on luxury residential and commercial developments. The role involves ensuring construction phases are carried out with precision and that projects run safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily on-site construction activities from start to finish.
• Supervise subcontractors and manage crews of 20–100+ workers.
• Coordinate structural concrete, masonry, and MEP installations.
• Ensure work meets project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site.
• Monitor schedules and proactively keep projects on track.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and site logistics.
• Prepare daily progress reports and communicate with project leadership.
• Support efficient resource management and cost control.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing construction sites.
• Background in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of structural concrete, concrete block construction, and MEP coordination.
• Experience managing subcontractors and large field crews.
• Experience overseeing ground-up residential or commercial construction projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
