Compensation: Open to negotiation (W-2 position with fringe benefits)Shift: Administrative shiftRequirements:More than 5 years of superintendent or field-management experience working in Puerto Rico for a pharmaceutical facility construction project.Established experience coordinating Puerto Rico subcontractors, labor, suppliers, and inspectors.Experience with industrial, pharmaceutical, cleanroom, healthcare, or complex MEP/TI work preferred.Strong ability to read drawings, coordinate trades, and manage site logistics.Bilingual English and Spanish is strongly preferred.OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training preferred.Must be based in Puerto Rico and have strong knowledge of local construction practices.Bilingual: English and Spanish The Construction Site Superintendent will oversee and manage all daily onsite construction activities related to AIS work, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project schedules and quality standards. While demolition activities will be performed by others, this role is responsible for coordinating subcontractors, managing work sequencing, site access, deliveries, material staging, housekeeping, and overall site logistics.
