Construction Transactions Attorney

The Position:A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced Construction Transactions Attorney to join its team in New York. This role offers the opportunity to advise owners, developers, contractors, lenders, and other stakeholders on sophisticated construction and development matters, with a particular focus on negotiating and drafting complex construction agreements and supporting major projects from inception through completion.
Requirements of the Role:4–8 years of substantive experience in construction law and/or construction transactions.Strong experience drafting and negotiating construction agreements, including EPC agreements, design-build agreements, construction management agreements, architect agreements, and related project documentation.Experience advising clients on project development, procurement, risk allocation, insurance, indemnification, bonding, and other construction-related matters.New York bar admission or eligibility to practice in New York.
