The organization fosters a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and ethical practice.Role Description The Consultant will work in a part-time, hybrid role based in Santiago, with a combination of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing client needs, designing practical methodologies and interventions, and preparing clear reports and presentations. The role involves conducting research, gathering data from clients and stakeholders, and translating insights into actionable recommendations. The Consultant will participate in client meetings, workshops, and follow-up sessions to support implementation and measure outcomes. Collaboration with internal team members to refine tools, frameworks, and best practices is also an important aspect of this position.QualificationsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience interpreting qualitative and quantitative data.Skills in research design, data gathering, and synthesis of insights into practical recommendations.Ability to develop and implement structured methodologies, frameworks, and tools for organizational and behavioral change.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing reports, presentations, and client-facing materials.Comfort working directly with clients, facilitating discussions, and managing stakeholder expectations.Proven ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities.Desired background in consulting, behavioral sciences, organizational development, psychology, economics, or a related field is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline preferred; equivalent practical experience also considered.Professional proficiency in English.
