About the role

Labmind develops practical methodologies that use behavioral insights and structured frameworks to support meaningful, sustainable change. The Consultant works part-time, analyzing client needs and turning research and data into practical recommendations. The role includes client collaboration and support for implementation and outcome measurement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client needs and design practical methodologies and interventions.
• Conduct research, gather data from clients and stakeholders, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare clear reports, presentations, and client-facing materials.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and follow-up sessions to support implementation and measure outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal team members to refine tools, frameworks, and best practices.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience interpreting qualitative and quantitative data.
• Skills in research design, data gathering, and synthesizing insights into practical recommendations.
• Ability to develop and implement structured methodologies, frameworks, and tools for organizational and behavioral change.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing reports, presentations, and client-facing materials.
• Comfort working directly with clients, facilitating discussions, and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Proven ability to work independently in a hybrid role.
