We’re looking for a Consultant III who can connect business strategy, technology and execution — someone who enjoys solving problems, leading conversations with clients and turning ideas into measurable impact.
What will you do?• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements• Analyze processes and identify optimization opportunities• Design AI, Automation and Process Mining solutions• Lead workshops and discovery sessions• Work with international clients and senior stakeholders• Translate business needs into technical solutions• Coordinate projects and ensure high-quality deliverables• Mentor junior consultants• Support pre-sales, proposals and solution design• Drive innovation and continuous improvement
What are we looking for?✔️ 4–6 years of experience in technology consulting or digital transformation✔️ Experience leading projects and managing client relationships✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills✔️ Experience with AI, Automation or Process Mining✔️ Excellent communication and presentation skills✔️ Advanced English (B2+ / C1)
