Contract Coordinator

Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract management and possess a strong understanding of federal and local regulations.
ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate records of contracts and agreementsCollaborate with various departments to ensure contract terms meet business needsMonitor contract performance to ensure fulfillment of obligations by all partiesAssist in the development and implementation of contract management processesUtilize systems such as Sage, SAP, Ariba Contracts and other tools for contract tracking and management
Education, Experience and other requirementsExperience with Salesforce for contract managementKnowledge of records management practicesUnderstanding of SAGE, SAP, Ariba Contracts, Excel or similar software for data managementStrong systems thinking approach to managing complex contractsBachelor's degree in Business AdministrationFluent in Spanish and English languages (spoken and writing)
