Contract Ops

TCS is looking for a Contract Ops.
Work modality: On-site(Candidate needs to be available working on the office located in Corporativo El Cafetal)
Required Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.Excellent communication in English (contact with native speakers on a daily basis)More than 2 years of contract administration or legal operations experience, ideally within the BPO or ITES sector.Strong knowledge of outsourcing commercial terms, pricing models, and risk management.Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.Familiarity with regulatory compliance and data protection standards (such as GDPR etc.)
Core ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate master services agreements (MSAs), statements of work (SOWs), and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).Monitor vendor and client performance against defined SLAs and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Track contract changes, amendments, renewals, and expiration dates using contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools.Identify potential legal, financial, or operational risks and develop mitigation plans.Act as the main point of contact for internal legal teams, operations leaders, and external clients.
