Position Summary
The Contract Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the International Carrier Relations team through accurate data entry, rate management, contract administration, and dispute resolution. This role works daily within Global Procurement Management (GPM), Groove TMS (AGL TMS), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Excel to ensure carrier rates and steamship line quotes are accurately maintained.The ideal candidate has excellent English communication skills, advanced Excel proficiency, exceptional attention to detail, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain carrier quotes within Google Workspace.Log, track, and communicate carrier quotations and rate updates to the Sales team.Perform daily rate audits between Groove TMS and GPM to ensure pricing accuracy and resolve discrepancies.Support contract administration by maintaining accurate and organized documentation.Partner closely with the Disputes Management team to research and resolve rate-related issues.Manage dispute resolution within Groove (AGL TMS) while working directly with Finance and Operations teams.Maintain accurate carrier contracts, rates, and pricing information across multiple systems.Ensure data integrity and accuracy through consistent auditing and quality control.Assist the International Carrier Relations team with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed.Support process improvements that increase efficiency and data accuracy.
Qualifications
Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to work with large datasets, formulas, filters, lookups, and PivotTables.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Excellent organizational and data entry skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Comfortable working with multiple software platforms and Google Workspace.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Logistics, transportation, supply chain, procurement, or contract administration experience is preferred but not required.
