Contractor Recruitment Dispatch Coordinator

Full Time | Remote | $4/hr USD (approx. $693/month)
Night shift: 10PM - 6AM PH time (Mon-Fri, 9AM-5PM US Central)
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Publish 3-5 provider recruitment posts daily on Angi, Thumbtack, Bark, Nextdoor and community groups
- Reply to applicants the same working day and run the screening form
- Verify insurance certificates, Texas trade licences, portfolios and W-9 status
- Explain the commercial terms (company keeps 35%, provider gets 65%) and get written acceptance
- Work Jobber jobs first: read the job, search the approved database, send private offers, confirm the assignment
- Log every contact, status and next action
REQUIRED
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Hands-on experience with Bark, Jobber or similar (Thumbtack, Angi, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Service Fusion)
- Background in recruitment coordination, dispatch, field service or vendor management
- Proactive. You catch the expiring insurance certificate and the applicant who went quiet before anyone asks you to
- Careful record keeping
- Stable internet, backup connection, quiet workspace
A PLUS (NOT REQUIRED)
- Any experience in cleaning, handyman, home services or the trades
- US contractor onboarding: W-9, certificates of insurance, licence verification
- Property management or US real estate operations
