Contracts Analyst 1

About the role

IQVIA is seeking a Contracts Analyst 1 to prepare and maintain client contracts.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with project teams to determine appropriate contract terms and conditions.
• Negotiate, develop and revise contracts, related budgets and scopes of work.
• Ensure the scope of work is correctly defined, budgets reflect the scope, and changes are integrated efficiently and accurately into the main study contract.
• Act as the primary customer interface on small to mid-size projects and support senior team members on medium to large projects.
• Project manage the contracting process and ensure timely execution of contracts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life science, business management or a related field.
• At least 1 year's direct experience in contracts, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Project management and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate with colleagues and customers.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Knowledge of the CRO, pharmaceutical or a related industry is a plus.
