We are urgently seeking experienced Property Preservation Vendors all over Georgia, especially in Richmond County, Burke County, Columbia County, McDuffie County, Jefferson County, Glascock County, Lincoln County, Jenkins County, and surrounding areas. Jobs include: - Trash Out - Lock Change - General Property Preservation Tasks - Drywall - Winterization - Roof & Gutters - Fence Repair - Interior & Exterior Handyman Services - Lawn-care - Minor Plumbing and Repair Must have requirements: - Familiar with the PPW (Property Pres Wizard) Mobile App - Must be able to take detailed photographs as per instruction. - Ability to bid on all damages at the property. - Lawn equipment: Mower, weed eater, edge trimmer, blower, etc. Payment: -We pay on the following Monday 7 working days from the submission of a work order with sufficient photos, bids, and information that is required by our clients Note: We pay an additional amount for OUT OF AREA coverage and RUSH work order.
