Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Controller. The role is based in San José, but some work from home is acceptable. The Controller will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing budgets, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Other day-to-day tasks include overseeing accounts payable and receivable, managing payroll, performing audits, and liaising with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of financial accounting, financial reporting, and budgetingExperience in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payrollSkilled in financial analysis and auditingProficiency in accounting software and MS Office SuiteExcellent attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to work independently and in a hybrid work environmentBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCPA certification is a plusExperience in the real estate or construction industry is a plusAble to execute implementation projects Strong English is required
