Key Responsibilities Organize and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure process efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor operational performance and prepare regular reports on results and necessary improvements. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement new strategies optimizing workflow. Manage and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively. Train and supervise staff on operational procedures and internal processes. Coordinate special projects aimed at continuous process improvement. Evaluate the effectiveness of tools and resources, proposing improvements or replacements as needed. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in coordination or management roles within operational environments. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Project or process management certifications are a plus. Proficiency in management tools and Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.
