QUALIFICATION
Master’s degree in Education or a relevant subject
TEACHING EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 years
ACADEMIC/CURRICULUM EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2–3 years in planning or academic curriculum in development
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Academic Coordinator, HOD, Senior Teacher, Curriculum Coordinator, or similar role
CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT
Experience in curriculum development, planning and academic, academic
TEACHER SUPPORT
Ability to guide teachers in teaching methods and assessment.
ASSESSMENT
System assessments, examinations, performance evaluation, and effective grading
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Experience in classroom observation and maintaining academic standards
KEY SKILLS
Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, coordination, and language skills.
