What you'll doAs a Financial Analyst, you'll play a key role in helping leadership understand the financial health of the business, identify opportunities for growth, and support strategic decision-making.
Your responsibilities will include:Managing day-to-day general ledger accounting activities.Preparing and posting journal entries.Reviewing, researching, and analyzing accounting transactions.Classifying bank transactions, expenses, and other financial activity.Supporting the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.Preparing financial reports, forecasts, and presentations for leadership.Participating in the annual budgeting and financial planning process.Supporting workforce planning and capital budgeting initiatives.Building charts, dashboards, and financial visualizations to communicate key insights.Investigating accounting discrepancies and recommending solutions.Partnering with cross-functional teams to align operational plans with financial goals.Supporting profit and loss analysis across clients and business units.Reviewing pricing for client proposals and providing financial recommendations.Staying current on industry trends and identifying opportunities to improve financial performance and reporting.

What we're looking forBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.2+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.Professional-level English (written and spoken)
