A leading company in the manufacturing sector is seeking a Cost Manager to deliver manufacturing finance services and execute approved initiatives at strategic manufacturing sites. This role will focus on plant-level financial partnership, operational execution, and disciplined adoption of standard processes and transformation initiatives, working under the direction of the Manufacturing Delivery Lead.📌 Key Responsibilities:Execute timely, accurate, and compliant financial activities for assigned manufacturing sites.Manage month-end close execution and site-level financial reporting.Provide quarterly forecast and annual budget inputs.Lead annual product costing updates and new product costing activities (including BOM, Route, OH rates, and Standard Costing builds).Perform balance sheet account analysis and reconciliations.Support fixed asset accounting and capital project tracking.Oversee year-end close activities.Serve as the primary finance partner for assigned sites or business units.Collaborate with plant leadership and operations teams to explain financial results, drivers, and variances.Support operational decision-making through fact-based financial insights within established policies.Translate standard ISC Finance processes into clear, actionable guidance for plant stakeholders.Proactively identify site-level issues, risks, or inefficiencies and escalate as needed.🎯 Requirements +6 years of relevant cost accounting, manufacturing operations, or process optimization experience is requiredB.S. degree in Accounting or Finance Strong knowledge of accounting processes, budgeting, and product costing.Advanced English level required to interact with the U.S. market and clients.Excellent analytical skills, business acumen, and ability to partner with cross-functional teams.👉 If you are interested in this opportunity, please submit your CV so you can learn more details about this confidential role.
