Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Target Achievement Develop the annual country sales plan, cascade regional targets, and ensure achievement of key KPIs including revenue,profit, and market share.Lead commercial negotiations and strategic partnership agreements with key accounts (e.g., multinational laboratorychains, public hospitals, Ministries of Health) in collaboration with distributors.Continuously monitor IVD market trends (hematology, immunoassay, chemiluminescence, molecular diagnostics, POCT,etc.) and adjust product strategies to address competitive dynamics.Team Building & Management Build and manage a localized sales team, implement performance management systems, and drive capabilitydevelopment.Establish cross-cultural collaboration mechanisms to ensure effective alignment and execution between the country teamand China headquarters.Channel System Optimization Expand and manage the distributor network, evaluate channel performance, and replace underperforming partners.Prevent cross-territory sales and pricing conflicts to maintain channel order and protect brand reputation.Compliance & Risk Control Ensure full compliance with local medical device regulations (e.g., EU IVDR, FDA, and local registration requirements) andanti-corruption laws.Lead public tender projects, manage contractual risks, and safeguard payment collection.Market Insight & Strategic Decision-Making Analyze regional IVD policies (e.g., reimbursement policies, LDT regulatory developments) and provide strategicrecommendations to headquarters on product registration and market access.Coordinate with the marketing team to develop localized promotional initiatives (academic conferences, KOLengagement).Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above in Medical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Engineering,International Trade, or related fields; minimum 5 years of international sales experience in the IVD industry, including atleast 3 years in team management.Regional Experience: Proven track record of successful market expansion in designated regions (e.g., Middle East,Southeast Asia, Latin America), with solid understanding of local healthcare systems.Professional Expertise: In-depth knowledge of IVD product lines (immunoassay, clinical chemistry, hematology, etc.);familiar with CE/FDA registration processes and ISO quality management systems.Language Skills: Fluent in English (business negotiation level); proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic,Spanish, Russian, or Portuguese is a plus.
