We're looking for a creative and hands-on Creative Producer to support the growing creative and multimedia needs of our Marketing Department. As Grupo Levanter continues expanding its recruitment marketing, employer branding, corporate communications, internal communications, and event initiatives, this role will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content across multiple communication channels.

What You'll Own
Design creative assets for digital and print communicationsProduce, film, and edit promotional, recruitment, employer branding, and corporate videosCapture professional photography and videography for company events, campaigns, and internal communicationsOperate professional DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lighting, microphones, and other audiovisual equipmentEdit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, incorporating motion graphics when neededCreate graphics, presentations, and marketing collateral aligned with company brand guidelinesDevelop visual concepts for recruitment marketing, employer branding, social media, and internal communicationsPlan and coordinate photo and video production schedulesCreate visual content optimized for multiple digital platforms and formatsOrganize and maintain the company's digital media libraryCollaborate with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Operations Specialist to ensure timely delivery of creative projectsEnsure consistency of the Levanter brand across all visual communicationsManage multiple creative projects while maintaining quality, timelines, and brand standardsSupport creative production for company events, campaigns, recruitment initiatives, and internal communications
You will not just create designs—you will conceptualize, produce, capture, edit, and deliver the visual content that shapes how Levanter communicates with its audience.
Preferred Experience
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Audiovisual Production, Communications, Marketing, or a related fieldBilingual communication skills requiredLow Intermediate English proficiency requiredAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and LightroomStrong experience creating graphic designs for digital and print mediaAdvanced video editing experience for corporate communications, recruitment marketing, and social mediaHands-on experience operating professional DSLR or mirrorless cameras for photography and video productionStrong knowledge of lighting, composition, framing, and basic audio recording techniquesExperience planning and executing photo and video shootsExperience creating content optimized for multiple digital platformsStrong understanding of branding, visual identity, and visual storytellingExcellent attention to detail, creativity, and time managementAbility to manage multiple creative projects and competing deadlinesStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with Marketing and internal teamsAbility to translate creative concepts into polished, high-quality final assets
