Crew Lead

Oversee and manage renovation projects from start to finish
Perform tasks including, but not limited to:
Drywall installation and repair
Interior and exterior painting
Flooring installation
Minor plumbing work
Minor electrical tasks
Building and repairing decks
Installing and repairing fences
Qualifications:
Proven experience in renovations or related fields
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
