About the role
Jacobs is looking for a collaborative Civil Structural Architectural (CSA) Construction Superintendent in Guaynabo/Carolina, Puerto Rico. The role leads daily site scheduling and planning to help construction projects run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site.
- Ensure the right materials, equipment and people are available to get the job done.
- Take action to support the safety, health and well-being of the team and the planet.
- Use people management skills to guide and support team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- At least 5 years of construction site experience.
- At least 5 years of experience as a general foreman, superintendent, and/or construction manager.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, and contract management.
