We're looking for a Customer Care Medical Data Reviewer (Taiwan Market) to join our Colombia Center of Competence (CCoC) in Bogotá D.C. as part of Project Athena.
The Colombia Center of Competence plays a key role in supporting ZEISS's global operations by delivering high-quality clinical and operational services. In this role, you will contribute to the Taiwan market by ensuring the accurate processing of ophthalmic prescription orders while collaborating with international teams in a multicultural environment.
Your Role
As a Customer Care Medical Data Reviewer (Taiwan Market), you will be responsible for reviewing and accurately transcribing ophthalmic prescription orders written in Traditional Chinese (Mandarin). You will ensure the accuracy, quality, and confidentiality of medical information while supporting customer communications and contributing to operational excellence.
The role will involve:
Reviewing and accurately transcribing ophthalmic prescription orders written in Traditional Chinese (Mandarin).Verifying prescription data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.Responding professionally and promptly to customer inquiries and requests via email.Identifying incomplete, inconsistent, or unclear information and escalating or requesting clarification when required.Maintaining high levels of productivity and quality while handling confidential medical information.Collaborating with internal teams to support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.Following standardized processes to ensure compliance with ZEISS global quality standards.Your Experience
You will bring:
A Bachelor's Degree, Technical Degree, Technologist qualification, or be a final-year university student in Mandarin, Translation, Modern Languages, Philology, Linguistics, International Studies, or a related discipline.At least one year of experience in transcription, data entry, document review, quality control, records management, or other roles involving sensitive information in structured operational environments.Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and digital document management systems.Strong data entry, information verification, and quality control skills.Mandarin Chinese proficiency at HSK Level 4 minimum (HSK 5 preferred), including strong reading and writing skills in Traditional Chinese.English proficiency at B2 level minimum (written and verbal).

Role DetailsLocation: Bogotá D.C., Colombia (Fontibón)Working Model: 100% On-siteEmployment Type: Full-Time (Project-Based / Obra o Labor)Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, plus one Saturday per month (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)Language Requirements: Mandarin Chinese (HSK Level 4 minimum; HSK 5 preferred) with proficiency in reading and writing Traditional Chinese, and English at B2 level minimum.
