We’re looking for a bilingual Tech Support Representative to join our team! You’ll be responsible of providing customer service and resolutions to any software or hardware problem related to the provided services/devices.
🔹 Requirements:At least 6 months of experience in customer service or tech supportHigh School Diploma80% of English Proficiency Software and Hardware knowledge Must be able to work a flexible schedule and in hybrid modality
