You own the guest experience from the first message to the goodbye, and you convert Surf Camp inbound leads alongside the Academy Manager.

What we need:
• 2+ years guest-facing hospitality — front office, guest relations, concierge or retreat host
• Comfortable closing inbound leads over WhatsApp and email
• Fluent English and Spanish
• A track record on guest satisfaction — NPS or review scores
