- 3 years of experience attending customer complaints, preferably in the automotive industry
- Focused on customer satisfaction
- GD&T and interpretation of technical drawings
- Trained in problem solving methods
- Fully Bilingual Spanish – English
- Root cause analysis (DMAIC, 8D)
- Lean Manufacturing methodology
- Good communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Current B1/B2 Visa
- Core Tools
