Customer Relationship Officer CRO

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Customer Relationship Officer for BYD, you will be one of the primary faces of our brand. You will engage with customers, introduce BYD vehicles and technology, coordinate test drives, manage inquiries, and build lasting customer relationships.

We are looking for someone who can represent a premium automotive brand with confidence, intelligence, warmth, and presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and professionally engage showroom visitors.
• Introduce BYD vehicles and explain key features.
• Understand customer requirements and assist with vehicle selection.
• Coordinate test drives and maintain customer follow-ups.
• Maintain customer leads and interactions in the CRM.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience in customer service, relationship, or sales relations; automotive experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, articulate, well-presented, and professionally poised.
• Strong personality with natural customer engagement skills.
• Intelligent, energetic, proactive, and quick to understand customer needs.
• Strong emotional intelligence and customer-first mindset.
• Comfortable representing a premium automotive brand.
