Customer Service Representative
We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience and receive exceptional support.
Primary ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone in a professional and timely mannerAssist customers with product information, order inquiries, and issue resolutionHandle any customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions to customers, and follow up to resolve any issues that impact the customers’ experience
Sales Representative
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, maintaining target metrics, and fostering lasting relationships.
Primary ResponsibilitiesInitiate outbound calls to potential customers, introducing products/services and clearly conveying key benefits, and manage high volumes of inbound calls, ensuring timely and effective responsesBuild and nurture sustainable relationships with customers, going the extra mile to enhance their overall experienceHandle customer objections and concerns with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset

Requirements
Candidates must be Panamanian citizens or hold a valid work permit for employment in PanamaMinimum Educational requirement of a high school diploma or equivalentAdvanced-Level English language skillsCustomer-centric mindset with a passion for helping othersOver one year of proven sales experience, demonstrating a successful track record.Excellent phone and verbal communication skills, coupled with active listening abilities.
