Key Responsibilities Engage with customers through phone, email, and chat to promptly address inquiries and resolve concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions within established service levels, maintaining high customer satisfaction rates. Manage time efficiently to handle multiple customer requests, meeting or exceeding response time benchmarks. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system to support data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with team members and other departments to share knowledge, improve processes, and enhance overall service quality. Assist in onboarding and training new associates on customer service protocols and best practices, fostering team growth. Monitor customer feedback and proactively suggest improvements to elevate service standards continuously. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
