Join our team as a Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist in Hornell, New York. This full-time role offers a dynamic and supportive work environment where your skills will directly enhance customer satisfaction and data accuracy. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound customer inquiries across multiple channels, delivering prompt and accurate responses to improve customer experience. Perform precise data entry and maintain current customer records in company databases. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively using strong problem-solving abilities. Track and log all customer interactions for efficient future reference and reporting. Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and share insights to drive team success. Participate in continuous improvement efforts by recommending process and service enhancements. Utilize data entry software and customer management systems to streamline workflows and ensure data integrity. Required and Preferred Qualifications Proven experience in customer service and data entry roles, with excellent multitasking and time management skills. Relevant certifications in customer service or data management are a plus. Proficiency with data entry software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Exceptional attention to detail, active listening skills, and empathetic communication. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or data entry preferred. Compensation: $35 per hour, full-time position based in Hornell, NY. This role is not remote eligible.
